By downloading, installing, or using the AG Remote app or host platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Not Officially Affiliated

AG Remote is an independent digital toolset engineered by EFE Technology. AG Remote is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, Deepmind, or the creators of the Antigravity IDE. The Service merely provides custom remote control integrations to interact with the environment.

3. Security Liability & Risk

AG Remote provides advanced management capabilities for your macOS system to enable remote execution and seamless workflows. While we employ robust End-to-End Encryption and secure connection protocols, you use this software at your own risk. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, unauthorized code executions, or system damage resulting from your use of the host companion application.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Service tiers (such as AG Remote Pro) are subject to billing recurring fees as outlined on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all payments are non-refundable unless legally mandated otherwise in your jurisdiction.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any substantial changes by posting the updated Terms on this site and updating the last updated date.
